A: Yes! You can check out as a guest. However, creating an account helps you track your orders and access special offers.

Q3: Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
A: Yes, we offer COD across Pakistan (except few areas).


📦 Shipping & Delivery

Q4: Do you deliver all over Pakistan?
A: Yes, we deliver to all major cities and towns via trusted courier partners (accessibility depends).

Q5: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Usually 3–5 working days. Remote areas may take slightly longer.

Q6: How much is the delivery fee?
A: Delivery charges vary based on location and order weight. Charges are shown at checkout.


🔁 Returns & Refunds

Q7: Can I return a product?
A: Yes, if it’s damaged, incorrect, or defective. Contact us within 3 working days of delivery to initiate the return.

Q8: How will I get my refund?
A: Refunds are processed via bank transfer, Easypaisa/JazzCash, or store credit within 3–5 working days after we receive the returned item.
