Refund & Returns Policy

At ShopExpress Traders, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return if:
- The item is damaged, defective, expired, or incorrect.
- You notify us within 3 working days of receiving the item.
- The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
Items not eligible for return include:
- Opened or used product (s)
- Custom or perishable goods
- Product (s) without proof of purchase
2. Return Process
To request a return, please follow these steps:

- Share your order number, video during packing opening, clear photos of the product, and reason for return
- Our team will review and guide you for approval
- After approval, return the product via courier to our provided address/courier
Note: Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the error is from our side.
3. Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your returned product, we will notify you about the status.
If approved, your refund will be processed in 3–5 business days via:
- Bank transfer
- JazzCash / Easypaisa / Bank Transfer
- Store credit (your choice)
4. Exchanges
We may offer an exchange if the item is damaged or incorrect. If the same product is out of stock, we’ll offer a refund or a different product of your choice.
5. Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled before shipping. Once dispatched, the order cannot be canceled and must follow the return process.
